A critical necessity of all space ports is artificial gravity.

On my space port the artificial gravity generators are mounted on an inverted crane.

Each crane can pivot 360 degrees via a turret that is mounted to the level above the crane.

Each generator can pivot 360 degrees and is equip with a device that looks a lot like a radar dish. The dish can pivot up and down and side to side. This unique design allows all the generators to be aimed in unison or separately in any direction. Note that the generators actually generate gravity for the level above them.
